Q: Is this real leather?
No. It is PU — vegan leather. It has the weight, grain and finish people want from leather without the animal product or the price, and unlike real leather it wipes clean. We are not going to call it something it is not.
Q: What actually fits inside?
At 15 in long, comfortably a phone, cards, keys and a lipstick — the essentials and not much more. The measurements above are the real ones — worth holding a tape measure up before you order if capacity matters.
Q: How do I clean it, and will it survive rain?
A damp cloth handles almost everything. PU is water-resistant, so a shower will not mark it the way untreated leather would. It is not waterproof — do not submerge it.
