Welcome to Chaotic Fashion. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchases, and any related services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Return Period: the period during which a customer can return products under the Return Policy.
- Consumer: a natural person acting for personal, non-commercial purposes who makes a purchase from Chaotic Fashion.
- Business Day: any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holiday.
- Distance Contract: a purchase made through our online store without in-person interaction.
- Durable Medium: any means that allows a customer to store information (such as email or PDF) for future reference.
- Entrepreneur / Company: Chaotic Fashion, its legal representatives, and affiliates.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Chaotic Fashion and consumers purchasing through our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to product availability. We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, prices, and photos, but cannot guarantee exact color or appearance due to screen differences.
Each offer includes:
- Product description and price (excluding shipping, taxes, or import duties, unless stated otherwise)
- Payment and delivery information
- Return and refund conditions
Article 5 – The Agreement
An agreement is established when a consumer places an order and we confirm it by email. We may refuse an order if:
- Payment authorization fails,
- Products are out of stock, or
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Chaotic Fashion uses secure payment processors and does not store full credit card information.
Article 6 – Right of Return
Consumers have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel that has been worn or tried on cannot be returned.
Article 7 – Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.
Article 8 – Exclusions from Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked as Final Sale,
- Gift cards,
- Custom or personalized items,
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., lingerie, underwear, bodysuits).
Article 9 – Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time prior to checkout. Applicable state and local taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Article 10 – Product Conformity & Warranty
We guarantee that all products conform to their descriptions and are free from material defects at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Article 11 – Delivery & Execution
We aim to ship all accepted orders promptly, typically within 6–12 business days. If an item is delayed or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except as otherwise required by law.
Article 12 – Subscriptions or Ongoing Orders
Any recurring or subscription-based orders can be canceled by the customer at any time after the minimum initial term, with at least 30 days’ written notice via email.
Article 13 – Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order. If payment fails or is reversed, Chaotic Fashion reserves the right to cancel or suspend delivery. You agree to promptly notify us of any billing or payment inaccuracies.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
We take complaints seriously. Please contact sales@chaoticfashion.com within 7 days of discovering an issue. We aim to respond within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be escalated as described in Article 15.
Article 15 – Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that state.
Article 16 – Mobile Message Service
By subscribing to Chaotic Fashion’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring messages related to promotions, updates, and order notifications. Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP” to our number or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any text message. For support, email sales@chaoticfashion.com.
Your phone number and personal data are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Article 17 – Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
