Shipping Policy

Delivery Time, Processing & Order Cut-Off
Orders to the US and UK are typically delivered within 6–12 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders to all other countries are typically delivered within 8–16 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off is 12:00 AM (midnight) Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed during a business day are processed that same day up to the cut-off; orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.
- Processing time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time (US/UK): 5–7 business days
- Transit time (international): 7–11 business days
Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date
Free shipping is available on qualifying order values (see tables below). Delivery and any applicable rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination.
NOTE: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs, or high order volume, which are beyond our control. Incorrect or incomplete address information may cause further delays.

International rates are set in US dollars (free over US$70, otherwise a flat US$8) and are automatically converted to and displayed in your local currency at checkout. Orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes set by your country, which are not covered by Chaotic Fashion.

Delivery Addresses & Carriers
Delivery is made directly to the customer's address. Carriers are selected based on the package, service, and destination.

- Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Europe: local national postal services and DHL Express

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. Chaotic Fashion is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Change Your Address
The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@chaoticfashion.com or call us at +1 (509) 342-9494.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@chaoticfashion.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or backorder, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date. Your order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
