Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping at Chaotic Fashion. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Timeframe for Returns / Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- With all original tags and packaging intact
Any item that does not meet these standards cannot be accepted.
3. Exclusions & Final Sale Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “No Returns / Exchanges” are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- For promotional deals (e.g., BOGO or bundles), all items in the deal must be returned together to qualify for a refund or exchange.
4. Free Size Exchanges
If the item doesn’t fit, we offer free size exchanges (within the U.S.) as long as the original item is returned under the conditions above.
5. Return Shipping & Authorization
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Use a trackable shipping method — Chaotic Fashion is not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
- All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back at your expense.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat return shipping fee of $30.00 will apply for US customers and £20.00 for UK customers and must be paid by the customer.

6. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Simply visit our Returns Panel and easily initiate a return.
- You can also contact our customer service within 30 days at sales@chaoticfashion.com with your order number and reason for return (include photos if relevant).
- Upon approval, you’ll receive a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package your item securely and ship to the provided return address.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the status of your refund or exchange.
7. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing times by your bank or payment provider may cause a slight delay before funds appear.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@chaoticfashion.com with photos of the issue. We will:
- Send you a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a full refund, including original shipping costs
9. Missing or Delayed Refunds
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at sales@chaoticfashion.com.
10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.
