Delivery Time, Processing & Order Cut-Off


Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days (Monday through Friday).

Our order cut-off time is 00:00 AM (PST) Pacific Time – Los Angeles, CA.

  • Processing time: 1–5 days (Monday to Friday), deadline for submissions: 00:00 PST
  • Transit time: 5-7 days (Monday to Friday), order deadline 00:00 PST
  • Total Delivery time: 6-12 business days (Monday to Friday) order deadline 00:00 PST

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date

We offer Economy shipping (6–12 business days) free on orders over $70, while Standard shipping (6–12 business days) is available for a flat rate of $8 for orders below $70.

We offer Economy shipping (6–12 business days) free on orders over £50, while Standard shipping (6–12 business days) is available for a flat rate of £5 for orders below £50.

NOTE: Delivery times may be affected by holidays or high order volume. This is beyond our control. Normal operations resume immediately after each holiday. Incorrect address information and other issues may cause further delays

Shipping Times

Our standard delivery time for orders within the United States is approximately 6–12 business days from the date of shipment and for UK its also 6-12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to United Kingdome. Delivery times and rates vary by country and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international (UK) orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes that are not covered by Chaotic Fashion.

Delivery Addresses & Carriers

Delivery is made directly to the customer's address. For shipments to the United States or the United Kingdom, carriers are selected based on the package, service, and destination.

Delivery area: United States (48 contiguous states) and the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. Chaotic Fashion is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Change Your Address

The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@chaoticfashion.com or call us at +15093429494 .

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@chaoticfashion.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date. Your order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
